1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The product is in its original condition, packaging, and includes all accessories, labels, or documentation.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided.
Note: Opened or used products, including those partially consumed, cannot be returned due to safety and quality assurance standards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at sales@artemisbiosolutions.com or 630-359-4090 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product received).
4. Refunds and Credits
- Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will also refund the original shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item according to the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
